Swain Estate Management are delighted to announce that their managing director, Neil Swain, has been appointed as a Valuer Member of the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) Residential Property. In this role, Neil will be using his professional experience to assist with the determination of a wide range of property dispute cases that the Tribunal deals with. The type of disputes dealt with by the Tribunal include rent reviews, service charges, HHSRS penalties, and enfranchisement proceedings.
